This week Lacey chats with Mehmet, a Client Services Manager at a Financial Technology company. During his time at this company he also has had experience in Product Management and Corporate Strategy. So, they do a deep dive into all three of those roles; what are they like? how do they differ? what skills did he learn? etc. But they also discuss the ins and outs of the corporate world and how Mehmet has managed to tackle working at a 30,000 person company. He gives advice on how to grow, how to always make sure you are learning and how to take ownership of your work.
